Seller’s Note

We have lived here for 29 years where we raised our three boys, and are now empty nesters. We bought the house from my aunt and uncle who, for 22 years, lived here and raised their three children. It is a unique and wonderful place to live and have a family, with a deep sense of place as an antique home. We and our children will always cherish living here, and the property is simply as good as it gets. We also appreciate all the wildlife that we share the property with daily. It is a “happy home”. We walk the Tokeneke Association neighborhood many times a week, seeing friends along the way. And, yes, the location is very convenient for family (and commuting) life, which is not to be underestimated. Join the Tokeneke Club and you and your children can ride bikes (or walk) to the Club for neighborhood tennis, beach, pool, dining, sailing and Club social events. It is really quite a special existence living in the Tokeneke Association neighborhood!
